better driving does not mean driving faster it means being in control of the vehicle alot of men drive too fast and are not in control and crash because of that women do not drive as fast stay in control and have less crashes so the insurance companies consider them as safer/better drivers i have no idea how many women have advanced driving certs and neither do i have any idea how many men have advances driving certs do you have access to these figures

Absolute shite that women are better drivers than men, statiscally any insurance company will tell you that women are involved in far more accidents than men but as others have pointed out because men generally drive faster than women and are more likely to have passengers the cost due to third party claims is a lot higher.. Nothing to do the the amount of crashes but the bottom line on how much the bill is for each of the sexes..

You have no argument John if you are just going on monetary cost and speed, I'd call the person that crashes once due to speed a better driver than the person that crashes 5 times even if the total cost of all 5 was less than the guys 1.
