I always shower after arrival at booking. It's just good form. And it makes me feel warm and cuddly. And I'm a sweaty bugger!!
As for limiting menu to non-showerers:
Yes, if the lady (or man, or TV/TS) isn't feeling comfortable, and after many hints re: shower are ignored, then the service provider is entitled to do what protects their health/mental wellbeing. Any limiting of services should be stated before action commences.
I would imagine punting is in general much safer healthwise than casual encounters out there in the real world due to the knowledge of the escorts and the planned nature of the encounters etc. There is debate about OWO and A, of course, but even when these are on the menu I think punting still trumps casual sex healthwise.
