Sorry Jonah but any person who even thinks about entering your premises once is up and running needs their heads examined, you obviously have not done your homework or are very much ill-informed as to Irish law which is completely different to that of Scotland. Any 2 ladies working out of the same Building is deemed a brothel under our law and as such the ladies would be prosecuted and any clients found in the premises at the time would be summoned to appear as witnesses.
You are renting the rooms to these ladies so you too would be prosecuted under the same law along with whoever owns the title to the building unless they can prove no knowledge of the goings on. In short, you ain't going to be open long..
