That is short sighted, as the majority of clients will never leave reviews. If Jessica has a lot of reviews, it in no way increases the any risk- it just means that many of her clients have taken the time out to say so- usually meaning that the lady is excellent. If a lady has less reviews, it does not mean she is seeing less clients and therefore a lower risk, and any responsible sex worker is well versed in taking care of health issues.

I can see why you would think that, but just because a lady has more reviews it doesn't necessarily mean she sees more clients or is in anyway less conscientious about her health. It doesn't really work that way, most ladies get a regular health check and it only takes one client to pass something along and who's to say it's not the first guy to see a lady. I think it could be considered less of a risk seeing a lady with so many reviews, at least you have a bigger history and can see she is health conscious which you can't with the lady with few reviews.. Also a lady with experience and a good reputation doesn't have anything to prove so she may be less inclined to take risks and would be more aware of the hazards and what to look out for.

To be honest all girls have to start somewhere so should they have no reviews or hundreds they were once new.. as each working girl knows.. and each punter knows.. so in my view we all have to be honest and say that many a time guys do see girls with few reviews.. not all guys who see the girls are registered here as some do not want to leave a paper trail..my opinion.. x

What risk factor?? This is not associated with the number of reviews.
Some ladies could do escorting for years before coming to Ireland.
They would have 0 reviews but this doesn't mean they are new in business.
Other girls can be just a little luckier in the review department sometimes and can have > 30 even if they are still under 5 - 6 months in escorting business (like myself for example).
