    Ooooo and i must say that Ireland is one of the best countries for butter.Butter is just great here!

    hiya Jessica,

    Not sure about restaurants, but if you want to buy rabbit from a butcher try FX Buckleys on more street, they often have rabbits in the window and its the type of place where if they don't have it that day they'll order it for you - they are a really good butcher.

    There's no such thing as irish "cuisine". It's whatever we had in the fulach fia that we threw together. Irish food is as boring, introverted and culchie as the people who invented it.

    You forgot to mention the big love for spuds
    Kinda love them myself sometimes, especially cooked in tinfoil, in their own jackets ... yummi !

    I couldn't eat a rabbit lately I cannot even eat lamb and I start feeling guilty even about eating chicken
