Generally speaking if it isn't doing any harm and you can stop it at any time it's not an addiction..........

    I give you an eg.

everyday, i ice my shoulders for 1/2 hour, use a mind stim tape(dont ask) for 1/2 hour, use a muscle stim machine for about twenty mins. so add it up. 1 hour and 20 mins. I do it all together, while doing and checking emails and stuff online and while i have food cooking (but i only cook once every three days and use microwave to heat it) and on the days im not cooking om eating doing all this as well. I shop once per week and buy the same stuff every week.I am in and out of the shopping centre in 15 mins as i shop very early in the morning in Tesco while most ppl are asleep.

This is just one small eg.I find most ppl waste too much time.I also find that those who accuse others of having no life, have one life, watching tv and the pub and of course all of their pub frineds will be there if they give it up.

    Plz,
    Westside.

You basically do the same thing every day, week in week out, buying the same stuff, eating the same food every day and then you think people waste time and have no life if they're watching tv or going to the pub.........

    How ironic........

Whatever you think you're saving up this time for I'm sorry to tell you, it won't work. You can't cash it in to St. Peter at the pearly gates after you shuffle of this mortal coil for more time here, or something else..........

Do yourself a favour, do something different tomorrow, go somewhere you've never gone before, go for a drive down that road you've never been on but always wondered where it went. Go to the supermarket and buy that thing you always wondered what it tasted like but never tried, google that thing you wondered about earlier. There's a whole world out there, embrace it, start with that's infront of you right now, or what's just outside you're own front door. Don't be afraid to change, or of change, jump at it.............

My Q. Whats wrong with being addicted to something that adds fun and laugh to your life? Now i know ppls priorities shift and life gets in the way at times but as long as your not harming yourself or others and as long as you are enjoying yourself who cares whats addictive or not.

    hoping i made sense here,
    Westside.

    PS i hope in vain.
I'm a sad man, I'm totally addicted to this site, I live for it, even though my online time is limited, I love all my cyber friends out there, if you're fortunate enough to be in on good thread the craic can be mighty. Now James is gone, I'll try and move in on Lucy. - Lucy come back, don't leg it honey, I was only joking.

Very wise words indeed Luther old buddy, I'll Google Escorts - Dublin now and have one arrive at my own front door, I'll smack her ass if she's more than ten minutes late.

(I put that on the wrong post, I mean't to put it on Luthers last post, ah, what the fuck).
