thanks for your reply john and i really appreciate your apology, i understand that you were just doing your job and im sure you have a hard time having to put up with idiots like this aswell!
it was just extremly upsetting and frustrating as he did not have an appointment with me so i felt it very unfair that he could leave a review!
i think he just has a serious attitude problem as lots of people have difficulty arranging an appointment with me (it would be impossible for me to answer all calls i would be on the phone all day lol) but they dont take their anger and frustration out like this!
at least its sorted now! lol!
