funny thing happend yesterday a garda called me on my mobile phone asked if id had this number for a while and then said my number came up with an investagation they were runing and they would like me ask me a few questions ??

If the Guard gave you his name number and station, call the station and confirm the details.
If you have been requested to attend you need not comply, merely call and explain that you are unable to help. Just because you may have called an escort's number is no proof that you visited said escort. Nor is it an illegal act.
Stay calm, check the details, and explain that you cannot help, nor have you any wish to take time out and go to a Garda station...
