I would have to say face 1st ...and then body...but it depends
I saw a few girls walking around town today and thought....great body but then saw their face and thought 'uch'.

Equally I have been in a situation where I have seen a girl with a body that I normally wouldn't find attractive and been very attracted to..

Both the body and face attracts at first but either one can take over but what gets me every time is a girl with a nice smile, friendly and a confidence about her looks or body but not cocky...

Say you're in a club and you're doing the breakdancing or whatever you young kids are into these days, and two chicks start giving you the eye: one has a beautiful body but plain face, and the other has a beautiful face but plain body, now which one will you take back to Bonk Central for a night of passion?

I remember reading a survey once where 70% said they would go for the one with the beautiful face.

For me, it's the body that would win out. I think those taking the survey were just trying to fake some humanity cos it sounds much nicer to say face.

But if I have to answer it from a girl's perspective, I would say: FACE + ATTITUDE

I would never go for a hunk if I am not attracted to his face.
Please note I said "attracted", I didn't imply at all the guy has to be pretty as a picture.
His eyes should tell be able to tell me a nice story
