    They practically run it. From the Gracie family at the start, to Anderson Silva today. There seems to always be Brazilians at the top.

    I've heard of Anderson Silva. Freddy Roach worked with him for a while to help with his punching.

    I watched a documentary on them once stirring stuff in fairness. Last year i went to open cage fighting thingie in vegas and gave it go, they seemed to have a big issue with me kicking guys in the nuts and i was disqualified.

    Yeah FR has worked with a good few MMA guys. It seems though that the striking in MMA has still a way to go yet. A lot of the guys Anderson has fought have very basic kickboxing and therefor make him look leagues above everybody else in his division.

    You shouldn't have brought the hurl and sliotar either.
