So, for you to suggest to me or anyone else that Salvador Dali might be an element in their posts is a bit funny. You have come a long way mate...... but none of us are perfect yet. And I have a real issue with anyone not seeing that they might not have a fault...........

I was not aware that now we have to only post in clearly defined classifications, how dull and 1984 is that???

My ref to Dali is that everyone looking at a picture of his will come away with a totally different interpretation, so apply that to posts and some will see no reletion at all to the original topic and others will see a vague connection, so before the off topic police are let loose, what defines off topic would have to be sorted out and one mans Dali is another mans Rolf Harris...

WOW !!!!! Have just finished reading this thread , you have all been busy over night.

My 2 penneth....personal view....i dont see the point of bring in off topic rules. I think this does link back into the General Chat v Soap Opera discussion too. Most threads in General Chat at some point go off topic and dont see this as any reason to close a thread. Closing threads should only be done in extreme reasons, and yes there have probably been times when threads have been closed when they shouldnt. This is something which will be down to common sense.
