I know exactly who you are talking about and to be fair it's a HUGE minority of her reviews (maybe as few as 2?) that say that. I went to see her myself and nothing could be further from the truth.

But just to say it to you, I took a look at your reviews list, and the lady I have in mind IS NOT on it; so either you saw her but didn't review her, or you've got someone else in mind. The lady I mean is not currently in the country.
