Early in my punting career, arriving to the location and calling the lady for the appartment number, then tripped and fell going up an outdoor staircase,cut my hand and broke my phone. If that wasn't bad enough, having cleaned up the blood, my little man just wouldn't come to life no matter how hard the lady tried. Left after 30mins (paid for an hour) with a badly bruised ego.
