I wouldnt go & get plastered if I were u just a few pints 3 Southern Comforts curry chip & battered sausage on way home drink pint of water before sleeping I think u will enjoy it more especially the following morning u wont feel as sick...

It really cannot be over emphasised the benefits of this I drink minimum 5 pints of water a day great for the skin I have lovely soft skin on my face...
