It sounds like an odd statistic. It would seem to me to make more sense to say how long ago it was since brothels were being shut down at such a rate rather than trying to select a statistic that is obviously trying to make it seem greater than it really is. Selective bias is such a misleading thing to do in statistics. It could be for any at all reason anyway... such as a change in policy that involves packing up legitimate girls who worked together... but it shows that these people are pathological and you can never trust them to give any type of fair analysis of the situation.

I think they should arrest Geraldine Rowley on grounds of being a public nuisance and throw her in jail for a while. That should get her to shut up with her nonsense for a while and get a new hobby.
The gardai also need to have a good, hard look at themselves in the mirror. As real crime is spiralling out of control and most of them have no clue how to solve real crimes and catch real criminals, they're picking on and "busting" the easiest targets they can find: the independent girls working together and calling that work and something they should be paid for. They should be ashamed of themselves.
