    Default time...

Have you noticed the way you percieve time has changed as you got older?
When you were at school, the summer holidays felt like a year, one had to reaquaint themselves
    with best friends?

The last decade has gone quick for me and the last five years have 'flown'!
Have a think about it and get back to me, (soonish).

    Yeah, I totally agree!

My early years seemed like a lifetime, and now I can't slow things down!

In the words of John Lennon,

"Life is what happens to you whilst you're busy making other plans!"

Time always felt like it was going slower in my school days, now the years are flying by.
I have lived a life of regrets.

I know, it only felt like minutes ago it was breakfast time, now it's tea time and before I know it I'll bet you it will be lunch time

Time is the most precious resource. Kids have a dreamy perception s'pose.
I chill with the fact that time marches on, "good luck to it!"

a good 1 for me is driving test, i remember being around 15 or 16 and couldnt wait to be 17 and start driving lessons and hope to past my test, i was looking at my driving licence the other day and i passed it in 1991 and tought holy fuck that was 19years ago, back when i was 15 or 16 i had to wait 1 or 2 years which seem forever now nearly 20 years have passed i wonder where the time went?

this is a great thing for most adults to have too. I once asked a person who was shooting for alot of stuff why he was doing it when it was so much. His answer never left me. He said its not the end results but the journey that counts. The thing is ppls lives would be so much better with this outlook.

I always say its like someone training for something or someone wnats to be a millionaire for eg. A by product of the goal is improvement and satisfaction anyway. If the millionaire got to 750,000 is he a failure? Would he have gotten to 750,000 if he didnt have that goal to begin with?

I once sat in a surgeons office as he was looking over scans they did on an injury i had. He looked at me and asked me "why do you do this to yourself? My answer was simple,"Why not and besides i love it."

I am saying it all the time, get goals in life. They dont have to be to be the worlds best anything. Just set goals in different areas and go for them.

    most ppl have none,
