I've done two five year stunts without alcohol both times in Ireland, but the last year I was there i could barely scrape together a couple of weeks without it. i remember thinking the Irish had the right idea about being drunk as much as possible, maybe it's the weather or the people whatever it was i could no longer shake the feelings of despair off and say no reason not to drink. Happy to say that I've been back a year in America and haven't had a drink since the plane ride over a year ago
