there is a saying that success is the reverse of failure. Likewise, its the same with built up stress. The opposite of the way it built up is what solves it and what caused it is unchecked emotional responses and it only stands to reason the opposite will prevent it.Ppl look to band aid approaches and pay small fortunes only to find it treats the symtoms not the cause. Completely agree, but I'd like to add that too many people think (in some form of new age help B.S. kind of way) that if you feel a certain way about something that you have a right to air how you feel. This seems to come without regard for others feelings and a complete lack of consideration for the consequences, and it's something I can't get behind at all.
However, if someone is being a dick, tell them they're a dick.
