Am I being naive?

I believe that an escort has the right not to accept a booking if she doesn’t feel comfortable seeing the person. Of course this is business but how can a client expect a good service if the escort has told him many times that she would prefer if he went to see someone else?
The client says that it is about what he wants and not about what the escort wants. If she is not interested in doing business with him, would it be acceptable that he wants to force her to see him?
