Once she is an independant there is no problem saying you were paying for her companionship, you got her number from a mate, don't say anything about seeing an ad which could be turned into an arguement she was soliciting which is illegal, but if there is another lady in the apartment it's a brothel and they can force you to be a witness for the prosecution against her..
