Fixed Broadband

What is the most reliable broadband available out there at the moment?I have eircom broadband but in the space of a hour it can cut out 5-6 times..is this normal or is it just an eircom problem..although it happens a lot less during the evening/night.

i'm with vodafone and before that i was with 3 broadband and the both of them aren't worth a dog's shite especially 3 might change from vodafone when my contract is up......
