Thats understandable but they should at least state that pics are a close match to what she looks like but not actually her, I think most would give some slack to an escort that said that.

But a few phone pics would cost nothing and again I think clients would prefer a bad quality phone camera pic thats her then a glossy pic thats not her.

They didn't. I think QPH spoke without realising there. We don't allow escorts to use fake photos if they look similar. How could we? It's copyright infringement and illegal for starters.

I never said anything about that, just put up a pic so others can see issue as I was fully expecting the profile to be taken down precisely because of copyright issues.

I understood it to mean you were saying ladies could use fake photos if they looked similar to the lady pictured and stated that they were not real but an indication of what the lady looks like. If I misunderstood you sorry, but that's how I took it.

No your right thats a fair point, I was thinking more in general if someone found pics from the net that were not copyright of someone that looked like her that would be ok but not if its copyrighted.
