This is for the guy with the disability. The gentlemen phoned me and made a booking and then said "do you have a problem seeing a person with a disability?". I said "I am sorry that I do not cater for that kind of service but there are some girls that do cater in them kind of services". I did not mean that in a nasty way and I do apologize if that came across rude and nasty. The reason I do not cater for disabled people is because a member of my family was disabled and I looked after them until they passed away. It would bring back too many memories and I would not be able to do it.

I imagine this paragraph was for me so I’d like to respond to it if I may.

Firstly I want to say I am not a lair, I did not make this up, I swear, you did speak to me the way I described and you did hang-up on before I got a chance to say another word.

I really do not understand how you could know it was me you were talking to as our whole conversation must have lasted no longer than 30 seconds and because I’d sure you’ve spoken to thousands of clients over the phone over the years and because I got the feeling this was most likely your normal response to everybody with a disability who called / calls you to try and book an appointment and finally this tiny and fast incident happened between 2 or 3 years ago so I must imagine our 30 second conversation must have left quite and impact on your life ever since for you remember this……………not.

Anyway that’s my last word on the whole thing but once again I did not and am not making this up, and yes you are correct thankfully there are so many more ladies out there who do see people with disabilities and don’t make them feel like nuisance, they take the time and treat you with dignity and respect, if they don’t want to see you they usually are a lot more kind at explaining to you that they prefer not to see clients with disabilities or they are staying in an inaccessible location which is their right rather than saying a few nasty comments and hanging up.

I thought she handled it terribly. The arrogance came through goodo. And even to take the opportunity to advertise her new biz. FFS.

If anyone handled this sitch well its was our Rambo, who in my opinion excersised contol and composure in his response. I wouild have given her a good ol "feck off ya cow", then again thats just me.

The disabled client also has a right to having an issue with his conversation with her - but she's apologised.
whether he feels it was genuine or not is kind of irrelevant.
After all, these girls aren't exactly operating in a service industry where there are any real 'rules' now are they?

I agree..if she had a problem with disabled people she could have explained to john why she does not see disabled ppl instead of saying of what she said to him.She was being way out of order by her comments,she came across as very arragant in the way she referred to "them people."Disgraceful.
