    i have to say i agree. i love a nice bit of sheep every now and then! 'tid a BEW-DEE-FUL tasting animal.

    the strips of lamb should be thin and long, have a fawnish colour. some people like lemon juice for a zing!
    those styrofoam cartons seemed to coincide the 'end' of the kebab.
    last best one: accross from birmingham bus depot around 1986.
    any instances of kebab excellence in Ireland, lately?

    There's a pretty good kebab shop down from Dublin Castle on Parliament St. And i think the Turkish restraurant on Liffey St. and Abbey St. does them; their rice and chicken is divine!
