I usually prefer the late morning to mid-afternoon time slot, in between meetings and work around the city.
I have had a couple of longer evening appointments with one particular lady, where I just don't want it to end.

I like around midday or afternoon Monday to Friday. It's easier to get an appointment early in the day and the appartments are more quieter at those times.
