It's often a network problem.

If there is no network congestion and both phones are connected to their home networks and the operators have decent peering arrangements then texts will go straight through. In any other situation, the message will end up sitting on a computer somewhere and may not get flushed through the system for a long time.

When I turn on my "special" phone, I usually try to send a message to query my pay-as-you-go credit. That generally wakes up the operator's systems to prompt them to deliver any waiting texts. Otherwise, they may not arrive for quite some time.

I can see why a guy would ask this question and in fairness I think you can too, fake photos and not providing the services advertised is one of the main problems us guys have to contend with, but it is a silly question really, not like if it wasn't you but someone that looks similar with better pictures your going to admit it and especially not by text

Some interesting comments made since I last visited, I am somewhat amazed to read some of the text people receive. I was also amused to see NBS stating that she would not waste her call credit texting back? If I am planning to spend 250 on an outcall then I dont think its much to ask if someone is free by text! and as was the case recently I am not sure that I got much value for money for my 250 plus taxi, which was not with NBS btw!!! I will reply to a text if its a simple enquiry or asking me to text back when I can take a call.

I take bookings by text from regular clients.

However....

For an initial appt I would expect that person to call, as the other girls have said, you can tell alot from a voice.

There is more reasons for it. We only answear txt to our regular customers and even then only when we are free to write straight away. If we can’t answear immediatelly then we don’t write back. You never know where and who with client can be, he can be with his wife or girlfriend by then and we wouldn’t want to risk that.
