this is one of the reasons why I prefer to stick to my regulars for an outcall session
I personally go pick / bring her back in my car...less hassle for both of us
Who do I trust? I trust me!
Guys before we all go judging, perhaps we should bear in mind that there are reasons why some people use callouts and incalls really don't suit them or are not possible for them.............
I don't think I need to point out any of the reasons for this but I'm sure for those who do have to avail of services of this type the price difference can seem a little unfair or frustrsting.........

All good point Benin..............however an escort does not know in advance what the distance to each outcall client's location will be, how long it will take and what the taxi fare will be (time of day and traffic is a big factor), and whether or not she will be loosing incall business during the time getting ready for or travelling to or from the outcall client. In my experience, escorts put a lot more time and effort in getting ready for an outcall appointment. As an example, because they are going out, they will doll themselves up better, they need to dress well (in an incall situation they can greet you at the door in just lingerie), they need to pack their lingerie, uniforms and other tools of the trade. I would put a conservative estimate, that an escort takes 3 or 4 times the time getting ready for an outcall as she does for an incall. Add to that travelling time (taxi fares are reimbursed by the client anyway) and I think that a premium fee is justified.
You can argue about price levels here compared to other countries if you wish, or even the extent of some outcall premiums, but I believe that as a principle, outcall premiums are justified.
The system allows escorts to quote fixed outcall fees based on time actually with the client plus travelling expenses. The alternative would be that escorts would have to have a fee scale for travelling time. Travelling times would vary according to location, distance to client, time of day, traffic, unforeseen circumstances (road works, accidents, flat tyres etc). With the current system you know what you will be paying and I would rather this then an escort appearing at my doorstep and trying to convince me that her travelling time was double what it reasonably should be in order to extract more money. From the escorts point of view, if they were trying to agree travelling costs on an individual client basis, the client is always going to underestimate distance and assume that the taxi driver is driving a formula 1 car.
Why are we even discussing this? The local Thai place near me offers take out or delivery. Delivery, of course, is more expensive. I would never try to calculate how much delivery is costing them versus how much they are charging me. What would I do with that information? I only think about whether the added convenience is worth the charge for me. Usually it's not, but I don't go and accuse them of ripping me off.
“I wish you wouldn’t keep appearing and vanishing so suddenly; you make one quite giddy!”
“All right,” said the Cat; and this time it vanished quite slowly, beginning with the end of the tail, and ending with the grin, which remained some time after the rest of it had gone.

I agree with El Gordo. There could be any number of reasons.
People offering a service charge whatever will make them the most money in the long run. I think that's a pretty-well established principle of anyone who is trying to run a business or service.
"Greed" or being ethical has nothing to do with it. It is obviously a lot harder to make an outcall, maybe it also upsets their rhythm a lot. So I also don't think it's something worth discussing.
at the end of the it is a free market, if a punter does not like the price ,then vote with your pocket, and if the price is over the top, then some escort will break ranks and lower the charge
