In fact, I have already decided what I need to do for a while.
I agree, gym is boring but I found a program that guarantees to make one lose 12 pounds of fat and replacie them with 7 pounds of muscle in just 2 weeks. After a few more weeks, I will pick up another kind of exercise, more fun, but first I would like to give a try to that program. I am schedule to start on the 10th of June and I feel really excited about it. Let's hope I can keep it up
