    From a legal pov I don't think E-I could do that but no reason in the world why patrons here could not appoint one or two who most would trust what they say to ring/visit escorts and ask this. I am sure a little gift for their time and call cost could find its way to them from grateful patrons or E-I that would not break any laws.
