I don't think so, I remmember reading somewhere that it is more difficult to prosecute an Irish individual for illegal downloading because of our network structure or possibly our laws, can't remmeber which, but it was simple for them to sue the ISP's for allowing the content to be downloaded via their servers so eircom is the first to take action and be seen to try and combat the problem, possible it is a compromise for threatened legal action they may have already recieved![]()
