I did explain why I thought it was rubbish. Both cost money??? Don't know about you....but I've never paid a girl I've been going out with to have sex with me.

Of course I have never paid a girl, directly, that I was going out with to have sex with me. But I have bought meals, drinks, gifts etc as part of the dating ritual and that doesn't come from fresh air. And some have cost more than others to get to the end game.

I suppose you 'go dutch' when you are going out with a girl. Fair play to you if you can get away with it.

i think a men who is saying say ¨i never paid for sex¨ is a liar.cause i think everyone does pay for sex even if it´s not to an escort.if you have a girlfriend you still have to buy her gifts,take her out etc. so you are spending money to be with her(to have sex)
so...in the end every woman gets paid for sex the only difference is that escorts are a lot more cheap than a girlfriend...

thats what i was sayin so many times aswell. just take it when you go out on a first date. where i am from the guys pays for everythin. and not alot of girls would sleep with you after the first few dates..... so you'll and up spendin atleast 300e for no sex.. atleast with an escort you know 80%of the times exactly what you are gettin... 15% maybe less maybe more... and only 5%is a bad experience

Not my words but the general words of some posters on boards.ie. There were basically these fellas posting how "men who do escorts are insecure" or "they sexually oppressed" or they you had those arseholes who'd say "I'd never pay for sex". i felt like telling him that everytime he screws his gf he pays for it he just doesn't realise it.

Point is that it just goes to show these guys own ignorance coz if any of them ever did escorts they would know it's nothing to do with any of those things. I can pick up girls at the drop of a hat. In a pub, in a shop, getting a coffee, I've never had trouble talking to women and ive also been blanked 1000's of times. But the thing is that it's the time, money and energy levels that goes into chasing women (which i do enjoy) that sometimes it's just easier to go to an escort. Plus the fact that you can be with an absolutely beautiful woman that you wouldn't find on a night out, for the same price as taking her out, buying her dinner, filling her full of wine and booze, hours of shite talk, and if ur lucky u might get a dry hump on the first date and then u have to go and do it all over again!

I read some of that huge post on boards.ie and to be honest just couldn't spend the time to completly read it as its over 75pages of bickering.

Theres many arguments for and against prostitution from god knows who but I think most agreed that its the trafficing or forced prostitution which is the real issue. I did notice one anti prostitution post from a poster but when you read his other post it doesn't make sense.
