I suppose I have to echo the same sentiments as many of the other gentlemen here, and say that looks often are the first thing that draws us in-- I have to like what I see before I click on an escort's profile in the first place! But there is no doubting the high level of importance that should be placed on quality of service, because as others have said, it's what will keep punters coming back for repeat visits, and it's what will inspire punters to write positive reviews of your service.

I imagine that I'm like most punters, in that I'm initially drawn to the lady by her looks and presentation of her profile-- this is an important first step, to at least to have a look-- I won't bother if I don't find the lady to be at least moderately attractive according to my tastes; but then it's the good reviews and the overall level of quality reported by other punters in those reviews which will push me to take the next step, which would be to make a booking myself.

Just be up-front and honest about your services, don't false advertise for something you don't do, and keep the quality of service up, and you'll have no problems attracting good business, as well as get a few good regulars as well!
