Of course not , but i was just making people aware of the fact that its there. A camera intercom is used to check out side for escort security before a client enters the building . The camera was pointing directly at a the client after he walked to the apt. As for it being CIA installation, maybe it got dislodged from its covert location and this was a running repair so to speak. Is possible that someone is using this camera to count how many people enter and leave the apartment .

I think that the camera pointing at the door is probably there for the escorts security. They has been many incidences where 1 guy has buzzed to get into apartment, but had his mates waiting out of view of the door entry camera then 2/3 guys turn up at the door & assault/rob/threaten the girl.
