I would say that these could easily be the same person, just that the first set (not verified) were taken more professionally and with a different hair style / colour. The second set are just less polished & perhaps more recent. Overall physically, it looks like the same person.

The faces are different and if you are right and first one is when 28 then why the same age on the second and therefore much older profile and why the same hair colour given as black, no one could call that black.
