wow Q, you go boy. yes you have point, photo verification is a waste of time in many cases, but system has to be change in order to save this time. option to allow change photos once per day or even once a week is brill. escorts will change photos so often cos it gives them opportuninty to be listed on home page. of course you can ban escorts for doing this but then you wont change anything cos the same escort will create new profile, new profile with no reviews. in many cases its hard to detect if new profile isnt in fact an old advertiser?!! i can understand Julia fully and I know photo verification is not only one issue when you deal with profiles. when i use to work at office, i took away password for profile for especially annoying advertisers who took advantage in photo department.

I agree with eveything you say and I also do fully understand the issues that staff have to face. I was nice to Julia, it was her that decided I was attacking her and her work. I was not and went to pains to clearly outline my points but she only ever came back with attitude and a "talk to the hand" vibe. These issues are in fact so easy to resolve if all just sat down sometime and grasped them once and for all, take Luthers post, that would solve these misuses instantly, no one has called for any bannings but if something is being misused it has to be either taken away or new changes made. It does not take much to look at escort update page twice a day and see what escorts have changed pics 3 or 4 times a day and take away their ability to do that, no fair minded escort has to update that many times, day in day out. They also do not have to update profile 15 times a day, the president of America hardly has that pressing a shedule.

yes , escorts dont need to change photo a few times a day, Julia probably doesnt have to change status from awaiting for verification to genuine or not genuine, but bottom line is she has to do it cos this is her job. system has been created this way not other. it will be better if we will send your idea to Pat instead of letting know Julia how pointless her job is hun. yes Julia got catty with you and it wasnt really necessary. you do help us a lot and you meant good.

People have been raising this with Patricia long before me, and I was not saying her job was useless I said what she is forced to do is useless when system could be set up to resolve this and free up her time for better things. I became a mod to free up E-I staffs time and it also annoys me that my time I spent here to free up staffs time is in turn just wasted when they have to endlessly shove the same stone up the same hill all day just to have it roll back down over and over.

Escorts with verified pics should only be allowed to update their pics 1 per day..........

Escorts who do not have verified pics should only be allowed to update pics 1 per week.........

This whole thing of updating profiles all the time to bump them up is a joke..........

I don't know how many times I've seen fake pics posted, only to be removed by the ladies in the office only to be posted up again later...........

I've said it before, and by God I'll say it again, escorts who constantly post fake pics should have the access to updating their profile removed.........

I would just like to say that Julia and other lady's are only working within the framework set down and doing their best in what much be a frustrating situation. I don't know how we ended up crossing swords but if she saw me as attacking her in any way I apologise but I do stress my comments were about what needs to be done but its not for her to make those changes but for others and I was only pointing out the benefits that would follow for all, including E-I. She and all E-I staff past and present have never been anything less then very helpful in all matters and I find it gauling to have such capable peoples time tied up with this endless tasks as discussed on this thread when I have a clear recollection that the main reason Mods were started in the first place was to free up staff from the mundane tasks and concentrate on bettering the site in other area's only to find that probably any minute that I spend modding and saved a staff member doing it is probably spent by staff doing these stated avoidable tasks and not on more important matters.

These issues are not Julia's fault and if I stood on the tail of a tiger I am sorry but you have to wonder when will these issues that are raised by others at various times will ever be addressed.
