Did I say you had to babysit one profile per employee? I know its not easy, I can see day in day out dozens upon dozens of profiles all changing a pic or two just to stay on top of main page and you then have to re verify each and every profile. I have seen its mainly the same ones doing it and that they swap one set of pics for another, sometimes several times a day...
How many times do people report fake pics and you take them down and they are up again 5 minutes later?
I see escorts who already are listed as back, being listed as back day in day out, again to stay on main page.
Now Julia I have every sympathy for this massive and unneeded workload placed upon you and others but also its well within E-I's remit to put in place measures that would stop a lot of this so in reality you are making a rod for your own backs and making work for yourselves that is not needed so although you have a very hard and thankless task and I do fully understand the pressures you get and the sometimes nasty called you get demanding xy and z all day E-I could ease a lot of the pointless stuff if it really wanted and make things a lot easier on you and free up a lot of time that you are forced to waste on utterly pointless and endless and futile tasks.
Just make it so that escorts can only update pics once a day and that alone would stop the massive amount of pics changes per day that you have to re verify over and over again.
I am not having a go nor am I happy or unhappy about this or anything that E-I does or does not do, it makes no difference to me one way or the other.
You might consider not being so smart to one of the few people who tries hard to help you here..

escorts may pay a lot of money to advertise here, but clients pay a lot of money to see escorts. they are entitled to expect to see the girl that's on the profile, especially if the photos are "verified". i started a thread on fake photos and if the verified photo system is working in the general chat forum. i have made a few suggestions there, and will make another one here.
there should be a limit on the number of times an escort can "change" pictures. maybe once a week or something like that. it's not as if they're in the studio getting new photos taken everyday. if that was the case, sure they wouldn't have any time left for escorting. not to mention the cost of these photo sessions. i agree with QPH. the only reason they're doing it is to jump to the top of the page. nothing else. in fairness, one day they might be south american, which would be dusky skinned, brown eyed and with dark hair, the next, they may as well be arian, with the long flowing blonde locks, bright blue eyes, and pale skin, admittidly, they may have a tan in the new pic.
the long and the short of it is that i believe some escorts, not all though, are just abusing the system, and that something needs to be done to stop it from happening. bucause it's not fair on the client's OR on the escorts that don't abuse the system

If I had a profile and even if pics were not real I would at least stick to the same ones and not do what I see happening and change one set of unverified pics for another of someone else...
Sometimes of a different ethic group btw and sometimes even 2 different ethic groups on the same profile.
We all know why this is done, its to get some poor sod to book who has not copped its the same profile but with different pics.

Do you not see that in fact that people calling for no pics at all on unverified profiles is both what most want and would improve the site AND would reduce your workload in having to remove them all the time? Do you not see what I am trying to say? Its a win win situation for the clients and genuine escorts and E-I.
I have been monitoring the escort update page for a week or two now, you can call that spying if you want but I call it doing what your being paid to do....
I have seen in a fortnight alone an endless number of "verified" profiles tweaking a pic and in fact the changed profile is exactly the same as before but as its been accessed the profile has become unverified and awaiting verification...
Now if only 10% of profiles do this then thats about 70 a day at least that you have to spend re verifing and they only did that to stay on top and get name listed on update page and it causes you all that extra and pointless work.
That also was the point I was making, I was not saying anyone should be banned I was saying you could (E-I) stop all this waste of your time. If you want to stay as you are then fine but if you dont take steps to end this pointless waste of your time you dont really have to right to go on about how hard the job is as its you that leaving it take so much of your time when you could do what many have been calling for and improve E-I and ease your own workload all in the one go...
Do I really have to go to this much effort to state what should be so self evidently common sense?

Again Julia all I am getting from you is defensiveness, I already said I was not having a go at you and have stated how your day could be made much easier and free up time for other things, all it would take is you all to discuss this at a meeting and put in place technical measures to resolve these issues. I have done my best and you are choosing to be defensive and indeed a little hurtful when all I have done is point out what would be in everyones interests and would benefit all.
if thats the attitude of all at E-I and to get shirty and not take on board anything constructive then I dare say people will be on about fake pics and related issues this time next year and the year after. For my part and in the absence of E-I doing even the simple thing of not allowing pics on unverified profiles which would instantly and massively inprove things I will be doing my best to take screenshots of before and after of fakers, it would be a lot easier with E-I's help in doing what has been suggested but if not I will have to do it alone.
You are doing great work QP and I'm sure u have saved many guys a trip, which would have turned out to be a waste of time and effort to a faker.

20 minutes ago that profile had her pics verified and since been changed (It is the same escort) but now E-I have to verify again..
Its complete lunacy and it just goes on and on and on and its E-I that are the ones being messed around just as much. These escorts should at least have to pay more as they are a drain on the time of E-I.
Clients are restricted to one review per escort even though they paid for all visits, its only fair escorts are restricted to one update per day or week even if they are paying. Its being abused by a lot to the point beyond all fairplay.
