wait a second, was she an independent? SHE offered her services and SHE knew she was underage, sometimes it's hard to tell. So SHE should be prosecuted as well for selling herself while being a minor, OR for imitating an adult in order to sell herself. Either way, she should be punised too.

So the 2 kids that murdered James Bulger should never have gone to jail? they were minor, so minors don't have a clue what they do?? Bull. Kids are growing up very fast nowadays and will get away with what tnhey can, unfortunately.

She should be prosecuted too for not declaring she was minor.

One thing is when you talk about murder and another is when you talk about someone lying about her age.
If the French Penal Code doens't say that it is a crime to lie about age, then it is not.
Many things will be taken into consideration. Some understand that there is a presumable violence against the victm when she is minor while others believe that if the minor has had previous sexual experiences, then there is no presumable violence.
She was working in a place where her "boss" should have known that she was minor, would it be expected from a client to ask about her age?
If I am not mistaken being a sex worker in France is legal, brothels are illegal though.
Interesting case, hopefully we hear about the sentence.
