Just out of curiosity, a guy is a quadroplegic and has no feeling below the neck. I assume he would still be sexually frustrated and like most men in need of relief. Now how does that happen, can he still preform, I mean blood still flows through paralysed limbs and appendiges so can he still get erect?

I'm sorry but I fail to see where the bitchyness was in Taylor post that you quoted...........

She quite clearly said she welcomes disabled clients and that she felt guilty about not being able to see his because of the security issue............

    Where's that bitchy???

That's BS, sadly most do get fakers, even the good ones who do a good job and "keep it real".............

You had 2 bad clients, does that mean that you're not good???

I’m no expert on SCI’s (spinal cord injuries) but as far as I’m aware if the spinal cord is damaged above the waist or higher this will cut-off completely or reduce the strength of the electrical signals sent from the brain down through the spinal cord. This all depends on how badly damaged the cord is, if could be perhaps if you’re lucky enough to have a bruised cord which would result in some loose of sensation to a complete spinal cord break which would result in having no sensation at all from the point of injury downwards. Blood flow has nothing at all to do with paralysis it’s the electrical signals from the brain that controls movement throughout the body.

So basically it would depend on how badly the SCI was which would determine if the person was able to have an erection or not and sensation.

If there’s anyone here who has a SCI my apologies if I’ve got anything wrong as I said I’m no expert on the subject but this is only the basics of what I know, please feel free to correct me on anything I might have got wrong.

And I am sure there are male escorts that would provide for disabled ladies, though I must admit I never thought about that option before

Excellent point Mademoiselle Avenante, I imagine you’re totally right. I am ashamed to say I have never thought of the fact disabled women must have the same sexual needs, wants and desires as guys. I only hope there are male escorts out there who do see disabled ladies.

It would be good also if there were any disabled ladies here on the site lurking but who have never felt comfortable coming forward and telling their stories.

There are male escorts listed on the TLC web site who cater for disabled women. The TLC web site gets regular "applications" from male hopefuls who reckon they'd like to become escorts for the TLC female visitors. They send in a pick of their dick, a hotmail address, a pay as you go mobile and no web link. And we say, no thank you, establish a professional presence and come back with a serious looking application. As a result, there are fewer male escorts on the site than we would wish, but at least we can rest in peace that some serial sex offender or ex con just out of prison hasn't been endorsed as a sensitive intimate companion.

There are a couple of disabled women who post on the TLC forum as well.

What I liked about the piece was the introduction. If more carers, PA's, Support Workers, and parents, could be more open minded about the sexual needs of their charges, what a difference it would make. I remember one petrified man in his 30's, with advanced Duchennes Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) who sneaked me in when his mother went out for a hospital appointment. He'd waited weeks for this opportunity, when she would leave him alone so he could lose his virginity. And he was so jumpy through-out, that as soon as the first round was over, he wanted me to leave. He didn't want to chance his luck. Fortunately, he was talked round, but I know he was mightily relieved when I left and she still hadn't returned.

His room had all of lifes comforts and luxuries crammed in to make him comfortable. But what he was screaming out for was sex. And there are many like him, that would die of shame if any one knew what they wanted. They'd feel like they were being labelled as perverts for wanting what every one else gets so casually.
