The search UI is awkward and fiddly, page is way too long and the options should be in decreasing order of importance.
No facility to save escort searches.
A lot of search options are missing.
Right click should be enabled on phone numbers to save keystrokes/mouse clicks when searching.
The favourite escorts pages doesn't always remember you unless you either re-log in or visit the message boards first.
Message board search is broken, the advanced search page doesn't return the correct results.
30 seconds between searches for logged on members on a low traffic site is bonkers.
Image capthca to message an escort even though you are already logged in.
Use clean URIs so pages can be found quicker in address bar.

Improving the chatroom was already on our list, this is defo happening. (BTW the problem with flashchat and 123flashchat which are 2 we have used in the past and are more feature rich is that they are not secure enough. We have found there are just too many security problems with using either of these two products, which is why we had to stop using them.)

I would put the typeface size indicator back up on the first reply option rather than having to go to "Go Advanced" because you have all the other criteria in the first reply option. If it's only to use a big typeface, you can do it from the first panel.

Will certainly ask Felicity to do this one if she can.

The Escort Ireland icon that is on the photos of escorts should be a bit smaller and moved to the top left of each picture , intead of bottom right where it often , eh spoils the view if you catch my drift . If Felicity sweetcheeks could facilitate this i'd be a v happy chappy

Ok. This might actually be solved by Anon's suggestion. I mean if we made photos available in a larger size also, the watermark would be much smaller proportionally on the larger photos.

That agency escorts are not advertised as independents and that profiles are accurate(I realise it wont happen but hey u did ask)

This is a very important point Ber. It's not an easy ask, but you will see (and I don't mean in the long distant future, I mean starting now and continuing over the next few weeks) several big changes made aimed at these 2 issues. I think the new changes we are bringing in will be a big help and we will soon be reaping the benefits. We'll never totally irradicate these problems, but we are going to pull out all the stops to do the best we can. Felicity is adding the "Report Fake Photos" system to the site now (should be finished and ready to go within 24 hours), this is one change that we hope will help. After that we are going to have the "Report as Agency" button going onto profiles. There are lots of things being rolled out to tackle these problems.

The Photo verification system is poor, everyone knows how to get around it. That's my 1 gripe...as regards other comments,,,home page should just have verified photos and people who allow reviews, search facility should have location, active/inactive etc....

We are going to make some changes to improve our photo verification system, but I would be interested in any specific ideas you or anyone else has which you think would help, as right now we only have our own ideas. Not sure about only displaying escorts with reviews/verified photos on home pages, strikes me as possibly unfair but I will think about it. Search facility does only show active ads and you cansearch by location, can't you? I'll get Felicity to check.

I would like to see the following changes into the "EDIT DETAILS" section:

- Escorts being able to modify their location details by themselvels.
- Automate payments in a way that we could put our escort profiles up ourselves when they expire when we do online payments.

E-I staff are spread over about 10 different rooms so it's not like there is one room to put a webcam in. I'll ask the girls though, maybe we could have a webcam somewhere.

Re prices. You can compare england/scotland to Ireland. The costs of running the sites and the exposure ladies get is completely different. E-I gets over a million unique visitors a month, runs on 15 servers, has 40+ staff, spends a dear sweet fortune on advertising/marketing etc, whereas England and Scotland are small new sites with low running costs and just not in the same league at all. That's why the prices are so much lower there. Not asking you to agree with me if you don't, but this is the logic behind price differences.

Be able to see escort profiles when they are not touring. It means we can view profiles, reviews and leave reviews (good for in cases when you visit an escort on her last day, and don't get time to do a review that day). You could block out contact details and city/town.

You can already leave reviews for ladies up to 7 days after their ads have expired. But we obviously need to make this more obvious somehow as people don't seem to realise they can.

1. It would be better if we could review an escort who is not currently touring here. If a client sees a girl during the last couple of days of her stay in Eire he may find he is unable to post a review; and,

1a. It would be nice to have a couple of colour schemes for the board - not essential or even important, but nice

An easy thing to add in would be in the review section... within a review to have a pic of the escort being reviewed... as we very often go into the reviews from somewhere other than the escort's profile.
