The search UI is awkward and fiddly, page is way too long and the options should be in decreasing order of importance.
No facility to save escort searches.
A lot of search options are missing.
Right click should be enabled on phone numbers to save keystrokes/mouse clicks when searching.
The favourite escorts pages doesn't always remember you unless you either re-log in or visit the message boards first.
Message board search is broken, the advanced search page doesn't return the correct results.
30 seconds between searches for logged on members on a low traffic site is bonkers.
Image capthca to message an escort even though you are already logged in.
Use clean URIs so pages can be found quicker in address bar.

I would put the typeface size indicator back up on the first reply option rather than having to go to "Go Advanced" because you have all the other criteria in the first reply option. If it's only to use a big typeface, you can do it from the first panel.

The Escort Ireland icon that is on the photos of escorts should be a bit smaller and moved to the top left of each picture , intead of bottom right where it often , eh spoils the view if you catch my drift . If Felicity sweetcheeks could facilitate this i'd be a v happy chappy

The Photo verification system is poor, everyone knows how to get around it. That's my 1 gripe...as regards other comments,,,home page should just have verified photos and people who allow reviews, search facility should have location, active/inactive etc....
