Uffhhhh, no I don't accept that it may be illegal and I'm not encouraging girls to break the law and YOU and everyone else reading this thread knows that quite well.
Seriously John, that's an unbelievably childish way to try and win an argument, when the facts aren't on your side twist the other guys words. I am done engaging with you, others can read the above and make up their own minds, I was just trying to be helpful.
    Anything's a dildo if you're brave enough.

I have just read through most of this thread and I do have to chuckle at how the Irish laws and punter are so security conscious and mad to protect data. When all one has to do is go to the nearest local, buy the oldest patron there a few pints of his favorite poison, and you will be regaled with the most intimate details of peoples lives for a 20 km radius. And the fact that a security measure is being considered to be put in place to keep escorts safe, is causing such debate about the laws of data protection. You people are missing the point, ESCORTS ARE BEING HURT THREATENED, ROBBED! Luckily none as of yes has been murdered-YET! Our jobs are getting ore dangerous everyday, we are seen as easy pickings, and the chancers are getting braver. Basically we are out there on our own, because when you have reports about Garda activity of the likes on Athlone, it is pretty clear, that they are the last people we should call. So, now what are we to do? This is about our safety and our lives. If we were selling your CC info, ok then get up in arms and kick up a fuss, but the phone number of a few bad clients and TW can save a lot of headache, or at the extreme maybe a life.

All the bad client has to do is change his sim to have a new number.

Well done I'm sure Patricia never even thought of that.

So e-i should do nothing to try and protect escorts.

That luck ran out many years ago and if sms alert existed back when this happened she might still be alive so anyone who can't see the importance of the sms alert please click on link below and click on the sound file link on the left hand side of page where it says..

"Superintendent Ray Barry, who recently ordered a review of the case of Belinda Pereira, murdered nine years ago in Dublin, explains "

why are mobile sims sold in such an unregistered way. this device has enabled all sorts of crime and devience
to mushroom (druglords/gangs) etc. my first mobile contract went into detail-passport/utility bill necessary etc!

what if car regs could be changed willy-nilly? would not work would it?

today, any social dud can have several sim identities.

the mobile operators can rob you in a less obvious manner without a bill-it was their idea-short sighted *unts!

I for one support this measure to help protect escorts.
As already suggested, if a punter doesn't like it they should get a new hobby.
At least one escort has already being murdered, and an escorts safety comes before everything else, including my privacy.
Ever hear of a risk pyramid people? The more minor incidents that occur then the greater likelihood that something major will happen. (It's from health and safety.)
I think the escorts should start, if they haven't already, another 'List'.
