    I have always suppoerted the idea of a Bad Client database. However, two points:

    1. It is so easy to change SIM-card nowadays (Tesco give a free SIM with the purchase of call-credit!) that one wonders whether a seriously dangerous individual could be flagged this way (as opposed to drunks, time-wasters and eejits);

    2. Posting details of the SMS scheme and then deleting them could cause upset and fear among clients who were stung by "The List". Better not to have this thread than to leave it to chance whether a member sees the details or not.

    Just my thoughts on the matter - but, as I said, I have always supported a Bad Clients listing.

    No, it's very different to "The List".

    Firstly, our system is only concerned with bad clients, which is a big difference obviously. An also when I say bad, I don't mean "didn't turn up for his appointment" bad, I mean clients that actually pose a danger to escorts or are behaving criminally.

    Secondly, we don't give out full numbers, only partial numbers.

    Thirdly our system is properly and legally operated. We took legal advice when we set it up, and we are in the process of getting new legal advice again now to ensure everything is in order.

    I've always been open with clients about systems like this, because I've felt that it's good to be open. People have said to me though, that I'm too open, really if a system is about escort safety and it's all legal, why should I discuss it with clients at all? And this is a point I'm taking under consideration at the moment.

    BTW, julrus, why do you and a few others keep leaving or misbehaving forcing me to ban you and then registering a new ID to come back as a new user? Can't you just behave and keep the same ID instead of pretending to be all these different people?

    Pat x
