So if I understand this correctly seeing as I already have a trusted reviewer badge I dont need to reapply for a new one.Seems to me to be unfair to the members here who currently dont have one.To put it in sporting terms it doesnt seem to be a level playing field.

Bang on Westy. I don't think I need my badge any more now that we have the number of reviews visible on the reviews page. No one needs it really. It serves no purpose but to cause a split in the camp. I have received more shite because of my "trusted reviewer" status that I would gladly give it up. But I must say when scanning the pages picking out the little yellor fellors is handy but I also now check for guys with 10 or more reviews. The written reference idea is seriously laughable tho. So let's forget about the badge. Offer them back I say and use the numbers instead. Maybe colour code the guys with 10 reviews or more.

You can always unilaterally give up the badge. I don't see why refs from escorts is laughable. They are the ones who actually saw them. Do they not get a say or input as to who is seen as trustworthy? Its far better to have both sides having an input, they are the ones being judged everyday so only fair anyone wanting a badge also has to undergo a little scrutiny.

Posting this as a poster btw and not a mod. I have no wish or interest to be involved with who gets what. I ruled myself out many weeks ago. Only asking why Escorts input is seen as laughable.

It was the huge number of guys with 5 to 15 reviews that I was hoping to reach out to. It is very difficult for any one of us to look at a guy with say ten reviews and decide to trust him or not. collectively, we can come to a much more reliable conclusion. If the guy is then marked in some way, we need never doubt him again unless his status is challenged by someone.

Ok I've slept on it as you suggested. I'm not going to name any individuals but I do know that some of the reviews posted by current badge holders are false reviews. I was of the opinion like Mr Fussy that when the new criteria was in place that all old badges would be withdrawn. Then when that seems not to be the case I was hoping that the new badges would be different so that we could tell the chaff from the wheat but it seems that was wishful thinking also.

Of course the 1st April is fools day so maybe this is just all a big joke.

I would like to think that the whole thing is a joke but I doubt it. Whatever system is put in place, it would make no sense to give someone a status without making provision for that status to be challenged and, possibly, removed.
We need every single credible review that we can muster. With so many girls of the same name, changing names and photos, disappearing and then reappearing, anyone can make a mistake. As in the case of Black Cat, it would make no sense throwing out 80 good reviews because he made one or two mistakes. The important thing is that mistakes are rectified.

it's the fact that they must be writen I think is laughable. I was laughing at some of the previous posts where some of the guys were putting forward senarios to as of how they might extract them from their brazilian honeys. I have developed good relationships with a number of escorts but would still be slow to ask for a writen credential. I would think that in most cases it's the bad reviews are most valuable. You certainly wouldn't be asking for a ref in these cases. Lol. Couldn't the verification be done from your side. Why can't you guys pm or contact one or two of - lets say even my reviewees. In that way I can't "set up" my 3 refs. Although I do appreciate it could be an administrative nightmare for you mods. Or would it?

I think you have a point, anyone wanting a badge is certainly not going to ask someone who he wrote a bad reveiw for but on the flip side if its the mods that contact the Escorts then do they ask only the ones you gave a positive for? plus they might end up picking ones who might never get the pm as not here much or at all.

Personally I think it would be better for E-I to phone them and get a yes or no verbally. I don't think its for mods to ring them as how would the escort know it was really them or someone messing. I dont think E-I would relish such an added workload so on balance this way is probably the best option availible.

Yeah tis the workload is A prob. But there is similar work load in opening letters and pigeon holing them by reviewer. All the girls are on the phone to Sarah and your new girl nearly every week so recognising the caller should not be a prob. And do call the negatives it's prob a surer verification.
