I have nothing against Milf Hunter but just speaking in general it would be open to abuse if someone could get a trusted badge for just been a member for a few months with a number of posts and reviews. I agree with Anon it should be longer term members who become trusted reviewers.

If it was so easy to become a trusted reviewer what's to stop a banned user coming back fastracking his badge by posting alot and having 10 or more reviews in a short space of time.

Once the reviews are genuine, it is no matter to me whose toes he trod on to get banned. Has anybody stopped looking at NBT's reviews because bcause he was banned. Let us not get a trusted reviewer badge confused with a long service medal or a good behaviour gong.

Well at least we would know why the badges are/were awarded. Some of the current holders got them because they were a friend of someone and one that I asked does not even know why he was given his.

I don't know what criteria was used for the trusted reviews up to now as it was nbt that gave them out.

What I am trying to do in this thread, besides promoting Milfhunter, is to devise a system of awarding and regulating trusted viewer badges as a way of helping all of us try to identify the more dependable reviews.
The basic premise behind what I am proposing is that reviews are for the benefit of escorts and clients and, therefore, the trusted viewer status should be awarded, or taken back by their vote, not decided by someone in E-I.

I agree the original system for choosing who got a badge was based on NBT personal criteria which I couldn't comment on as I would only be guessing, but I do know he studied there reviews, took there board activity on board and even contacted escorts to verify reviews submitted and if he was happy with all above you got a badge. He didn't go by volume either as mini-me (anonymouse) has a badge and he only submitted 4 reviews. Personally I would be in favour of starting afresh and going forward with clear guidelines as to how you qualify for one and also how you can apply as you can't expect the mods to keep track of every member so you would only be considered when you apply!!
