There's a reason escorts leave their profiles up. You can't review them if the profiles are down. Actually you can, for a brief period, but few people know the trick. So if they've paid for the week or month already then they just leave the profile up for the remaining days in the hopes that someone they've seen recently will remember to write a review. It makes sense, but they should zero out the phone number when they do that.
