Yes, but I think that it is a matter of lethality rather than quantity. As I understand it, condoms are very important in anal sex because there is a much higher risk of tearing or splitting skin and therefore, bleeding. This hugely increases the risk of HIV transmission. This was the reason that HIV was seen as a 'gay' disease in the beginning. Anal has never really appealed to me. See, I think it's the transmission of possibly fatal diseases that can be transmitted through cumming in pussy/ass, which cannot be transmitted through cumming in the mouth is probably the deciding factor here.
