I don’t like to bring down the mood but is HIV a real risk or, in everyone’s experience from unprotected oral etc, are the girls all ok because they’re taking prep?

Aren't punters on Prep (event based dosage) and vaccinated against hep etc.? Regular STI checks? Same kind of precaution as elsewhere.

Im on prep and fully vaccinated against hepatitis, with regular sti check ups every so often, its much safer and minimizing the risk of getting or giving someone an infection, plus its free for everyone that gets vaccinated.

The risks are negligible in my personal experience. It maybe be easier to have a wank but it certainly isn't as intimate and enjoyable. Nothing beats being with a horny TS lady

Yes its free if you get vaccinated in the prep clinic you will be given a prescription for the pharmacy and if you have a Drugs payment scheme card you will get the prep free, its well worth getting.

You probably are less at risk with professionals whose business requires them to be clean than hooking up with randomers.

Over the years ive had a couple of scares but turned out to be nothing. Once after meeting an escort once after a meet off a swing site.
