Technically you are paying for their time, not sex, so I'm sure a nice chat is probably a welcome break for most girls. Obviously, it's a pretty expensive chat tho! Might be better off joining some type of social club instead and just go for the odd punt here and there when you're feeling frisky. Lapdancing clubs are handy too if you just enjoy being around sexy ladies, and cheaper too.
