    Default 5 minutes ain't enough!

I think the edit time allowed should be brought back up to 10 minutes instead of 5 minutes, sometimes when I realise that I have made an error and want to edit it, the five minutes is just not enough, and I'm referred to a moderator to ask to make an amendment. It couldn't be too much of a big deal to change it to 10 minutes could it.

This was discussed a while back and decided that it should be increased to 10/15 minutes but it got put on the back burner. It needs to be increased and will highlight it with the keeper of the sacred admin control panel.
