Hey! I’d advise first off before venturing into any virtual service, check the verifications. If they’re all not verified then don’t do it, Secondly, I’d advise contacting EI & Revolut (or whoever you made the payment from) and report it immediately. Has it been a case that you waited a prolonged period and messaged again? Sorry this has happened to you but rest assured myself & many others are fully verified to prevent this from happening, the team at Revolut should be able to get this person off the site as it jeopardises it for the rest of us x
